About J.E. Studio
JE STUDIO is based in the Bay Area, USA. We work with young ceramic artists and studios worldwide to present high-quality and creative ceramic products. Including daily pottery, jewelry, or art pieces. Each piece is the result of the thinking of ceramic artists and is a conversation between the new generation of ceramic artists' self, nature, innovative thinking, and traditional skills.
Since 2024, J.E. has collaborated with ceramic studios and young artists in Canada, China, Japan, and Singapore to develop unique handcrafted ceramic jewelry and kitchen items. We celebrate world culture, traditional ceramic crafts, and unique lifestyles.

Orders are processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days
Domestic shipping is provided by a network of couriers including USPS and FedEx, and most orders within the US arrive at the provided address within 7-10 business days.
All delivery estimates quoted are provided by shipping couriers directly. We do not guarantee any delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays due to any weather conditions, postal delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, natural disasters, or refusal to accept packages.
We are happy to help in the event of a package that got damaged, lost in transit or stolen. Just reach out to our customer service team with photos and tracking info and we'll be happy to help!
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email us at j.e.jewelrydesignstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible! We'll try our best to apply your requests before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order has been placed.
Emails are answered on weekdays from 10am - 6pm PST in the order they are received.
In the event that your order cannot be cancelled or updated before being sent out, we are always happy to walk you through the return/refund process once your order arrives!
J.E. STUDIO is not responsible for incurring charges to reship or replace an order if incorrect information or address has been provided.

We refund all returns received within 15 days of postmarked delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping costs associated with returned orders, as we do not profit from any shipping fees.
Our ceramic jewelry products are all handmade. We couldn’t make a promise you will receive the item is the same one as we listed. But we are always proud to present the best design and quality.
In the event your shipment is damaged, lost in transit, or stolen, you should also reach out to our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to help!
Discounted items are final sale.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
Although we’re disappointed whenever our products don’t work for you, we’re happy to accept returns. You have 15days from the date of delivery to initiate a return which will be considered valid.
We do not refund or reimburse shipping costs. All returns and exchanges must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
